Cadet’s beach in Meschers sur Gironde

Cadet’s beach in Meschers sur Gironde is a typical beach located in Meschers Sur Gironde, between the Regulus and Matata caves on one side, and the Nun’s beach on the other side.

It is accessible only by a long steep staircase and is surrounded by high limestone cliffs typical of Meschers Sur Gironde, dotted with troglodyte caves. At the top of the cliffs are hung pretty houses which dominate the estuary of the Gironde.

It is often the place of reception of stumps, tree trunks which are deposited there after strong storms. From the top of the cliffs, you can see the village of Talmont sur Gironde in the distance.
