Old Port of La Rochelle is located in the heart of the historic city of La Rochelle, and is dominated by the famous towers, the Saint Nicolas tower and the Tour de La Chaîne.
All around the old port, you will find a lot of bars and restaurants, and a pathway to walk. The port is surrounded by footpaths, where it is easy to walk and stroll. Many bars and restaurants have a terrace facing the port and the sun.
It is also the starting point for cruises to Île de Ré, Île d’Oléron, and Fort Boyard. You can also take a shuttle to the port of Minimes.
